These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of AYCF Scanner ("Service"), operated by ThijsNED, registered in the Netherlands at Claes de Vrieselaan 75a, Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 72372788, VAT number NL002390245B43 ("Company", "we", "us").

AYCF Scanner provides digital flight search and analytical tools. The Service does not sell airline tickets and does not act as a travel agent, booking intermediary, or representative of any airline.
All flight information, prices, and availability are obtained from third parties and may change without notice. Flight data may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or outdated. We do not guarantee that any displayed price or availability will match the final offer provided by an airline at the time of booking.
Users are solely responsible for verifying flight details, pricing, baggage rules, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and other conditions directly with the airline before completing any booking.
AYCF Scanner is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any airline, including but not limited to Easyjet, Ryanair DAC or Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. Airline names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Premium access is offered as either a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices and billing periods are displayed before checkout. The displayed subscription price is the total amount charged by us; no VAT is currently added at checkout. Subscription pricing may change in the future.
Payment is collected when you subscribe. The monthly plan costs €9.99 per month and the yearly plan costs €69.99 per year, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Billing occurs in advance.
Both plans continue until cancelled. The monthly plan is charged automatically each month. The yearly plan is charged automatically once every 12 months. We send yearly subscribers an advance renewal reminder using the email address associated with their account. You may cancel through your account settings.
Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next monthly charge and access continues until the end of the paid monthly period. The initial yearly term is 12 months. Cancelling during that initial term stops the next annual charge, and access continues until the end of the paid term.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When purchasing a subscription, you authorize payment through Stripe, which securely processes payment details and executes payment transactions on our behalf.
The initial purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund by emailing info@aycfscanner.com within 14 days of purchase. Normal cancellation during the initial yearly term does not produce a partial refund and takes effect at the end of that paid term.
After a yearly subscription renews for a further annual term, it may be cancelled during that renewed term. A cancellation within 14 days of the renewal charge receives a full refund; a later cancellation receives a daily pro-rata refund for the unused part of that renewed term. Normal monthly cancellation does not refund a partially used month.
Normal cancellation is available through the billing portal linked from account settings. Refund requests under the 14-day money-back guarantee are made by email and returned to the original payment method. We confirm cancellation electronically. These contractual rights do not restrict any additional mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may not access or use the Service through bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or other automated means without our prior written permission. This includes extracting, copying, harvesting, monitoring, or systematically collecting flight data or other Service content, whether at scale or otherwise. You may not circumvent rate limits, access restrictions, account or IP bans, or other technical protections. We may suspend or terminate accounts and access, and stop subscription renewal, where we reasonably believe this provision has been violated.
All content, software, data processing logic, and underlying technology of the Service are the intellectual property of ThijsNED unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThijsNED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including travel disruptions, missed flights, denied boarding, pricing inaccuracies, or losses resulting from third-party data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under mandatory EU consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Users may request account deletion by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
